A five-week event series taking place at Green Street in Downtown Lee's Summit designed to celebrate the global excitement of the upcoming World Soccer Celebration in Kansas City while bringing that energy directly into the heart of Lee's Summit. Futbol Fridays brings that global excitement local blending soccer, culture, and community to create a welcoming experience for both residents and visitors.

Kick off Futbol Fridays by celebrating the teams that make the Heartland proud! From the Chiefs and Royals to Sporting KC and the KC Current, this night is all about hometown pride and championship energy.

Boots on the Pitch: A Wild West Futbol Bash

June 19 | 6 - 10 p.m.

Dust off your boots and tip your hat — Futbol Friday is going country! We’re bringing Wild West flair to the world’s game for a night of western fun and soccer spirit.

Goals, Galleries, and Great Vibes

June 26 | 6 - 10 p.m.

Where art meets the beautiful game. This special Futbol Friday coincides with Downtown Lee’s Summit’s Fourth Friday Art Walk, creating a night filled with creativity, culture, and community.

Stars, Stripes & Soccer Nights

July 3 | 6 - 10 p.m.

Red, white, and GOAL! Celebrate America’s birthday weekend and the 250th anniversary of the United States with a patriotic Futbol Friday packed with hometown pride and international excitement.

Kickin' It on Route 66

July 10 | 6 - 10 p.m.

Celebrate 100 years of Route 66, honoring a century of road trips, retro vibes, and classic Americana as part of the highway’s centennial year.

Downtown Days

June 5 - 7 | Downtown Lee's Summit

Kick off summer at the free Downtown Days Festival, a three-day celebration in the heart of Downtown Lee’s Summit featuring live entertainment, carnival rides, food, shopping, and family-friendly fun. Hosted for more than 20 years, this annual event brings the community together the first weekend in June.

Ladies Night Out: Passport to Paradise

Legacy Blast

July 2 | Gates open at 5 p.m., Fireworks start at 9:30 p.m. | Legacy Park
